Elementary School

In elementary school, students explored a variety of creative art forms, from crafting Kente cloth quilts and Faith Ringgold-inspired quilts to creating vibrant portraits and practicing pointillism. This hands-on approach made art both fun and educational, allowing students to experiment with different techniques while learning about cultural and historical art. Their work has been showcased in the Bronx Borough Art Festivals and other local awards, giving young artists the opportunity to shine and share their creativity with the community.
